Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mltitude (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Edoth Electronics, a private limited company incorporated in India and based in Hyderabad, Telangana, operating under the Mltitude brand ("Mltitude", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
1. The Service
Mltitude is a software-as-a-service platform that generates editable PowerPoint presentations and SCORM-compliant eLearning modules from user-supplied briefs. The features available depend on your subscription plan and may evolve over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when you create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- One person or organisation per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the briefs, files, and content you create or upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Mltitude a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely as needed to deliver the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use Customer Content for model training — by us or by our sub-processors.
4. Acceptable use
Use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: don't use Mltitude to break the law, harm others, infringe intellectual property, generate harmful content, or interfere with the Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Plans, fees, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout.
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are added at checkout where required.
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
6. Free plans and trials
Free plans and free trials are provided "as is", without warranty, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Usage limits, feature limits, and storage limits apply.
7. Intellectual property
Mltitude and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the layout templates, design system, software, and brand. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, except for the limited right to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and in any case no less than reasonable care. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for three years.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Each party's total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to Mltitude in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Mltitude against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms. We will likewise defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us, infringes a valid third-party intellectual property right — provided you notify us promptly and let us control the defence.
12. Term and termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
- If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused fees on a pro-rata basis.
- Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For customers in the European Union, nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights granted by your country of residence.
15. Notices and contact
Notices under these Terms should be sent to legal@edothsoft.com. For service of legal process, the contracting entity is Edoth Electronics, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
