Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the activities that are not permitted on Mltitude. It applies to anyone using the Service and is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension, termination, and where appropriate, a report to law enforcement.
1. Illegal activity
- Don't use the Service to engage in or promote illegal activity under the laws of India, the country where you reside, or the country where the audience is located.
- Don't infringe intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent rights.
- Don't violate any applicable export-control, sanctions, or anti-bribery law.
2. Harmful or deceptive content
- No content that promotes violence, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual sexual content.
- No content designed to defraud, phish, impersonate, or otherwise deceive — including political disinformation campaigns.
- No content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- No spam: do not use the Service to bulk-generate misleading marketing material or unsolicited communications.
3. Privacy and personal data
- Don't upload personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.
- Don't upload special-category personal data (health, biometric, sexual orientation, religious belief, etc.) unless you have explicit consent and have agreed it in writing with us.
- Don't attempt to identify, deanonymise, or profile individuals using content created on the Service.
4. Security
- Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our coordinated disclosure programme — see /security.
- Don't attempt to access accounts, content, or systems that don't belong to you.
- Don't disrupt the Service or its users — no DoS, no flooding, no resource-exhaustion attacks.
- Don't introduce malware or distribute it through content generated on the platform.
5. Service abuse
- Don't share, resell, or sublicense the Service to third parties unless you are on a plan that explicitly permits this.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our layouts, prompts, or other intellectual property.
- Don't operate automated agents against the Service except through our official API and within published rate limits.
6. Generated-content responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing generated output before sharing it. Mltitude assists with structure and layout, but you are accountable for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content.
- Don't use the Service to generate content that misrepresents real individuals (including via deepfakes or unauthorised likeness use) or fabricates statements attributed to them.
- Don't use the Service to provide regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial) in a way that is presented as having been authored or endorsed by a licensed professional when it has not been.
7. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of abuse on Mltitude — content, accounts, or activity that violates this AUP — please report it to info@edothsoft.com. We investigate every report and respond within five business days.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Where an account has been suspended for a suspected violation, the account holder may appeal in writing to info@edothsoft.com. We reserve the right to update this AUP as the platform and its risks evolve.
